*Copper foil thickness of 300um(8.6oz) is fixed for Combination PCB, but it is possible to adjust thickness on thinner copper foil , if it is more than 70um(2oz).

We realized to coexist two types of copper (Thick copper:300um/8.6oz and Thin copper: 70um/2oz) on the very same layer with a lot of experiences in by High Current PCB Manufacturing Technology.
It became possible to integrate “High Current part” and “Control circuit” on one board by our Combination PCB, though it was necessary to use two PCBs in the past. And it also became possible to eliminate number of assembly process and number of parts. Combination PCB is now most popular PCB at Taiyo Kogyo.
Furthermore, Combination PCB is suitable for power devices such as GaN and SiC which is becoming smaller and smaller.
