We developed “Ultra Thick Copper PCB” which copper foil thickness is 300um(8.6oz), 400um(11.4oz) and 500um(14.3oz) to meet customer’s demand for running even more high current utilizing our production know-how of High Current PCB. We launched“Ultra Thick Copper PCB” onto the market and have been mass producing it.
