We wish to be a company that is needed by our customers and society
Taiyo Kogyo have been contributing to the society by playing an important role mainly in electronics industry. While responding to the changing social needs, we strive to keep our company wanted by the society and our customers.
We created and carried out "Bunsha" (spinning off company) Managing System which is unique and rarely seen in Japan. "Bunsha" Managing System is the system that split and create a new company for a new business, and appoint a person who has played a key role in growing the new business as President of the new company. As a result, there are now 16 affiliated companies in our group.
In our group companies, they are different from affiliated subsidiaries of a big corporation where majority of business and orders come from the parent company. Each company in our group operates independently and build business, get customers and do human resources management by itself. Now one of our group companies has grown larger than the parent company.
For the future, we strive for creating an excellent company with contribution to the society and offering good working environment, freedom, and more chances of growing each person's capabilities.
